Spring is upon us, and it’s time to make some sensational fruity treats to celebrate! In this popular class we’ll emerge from our long winter hibernation and learn to make from scratch a passion fruit buttercream that is positively to die for. The hands-on class teaches piping with various methods to decorate cakes, and we will discuss and then make other simple yet amazingly impressive decorations for happy, light, and delicious spring cakes.
All students go home with the mini passion-fruit cake they decorated, and we’ll round it off with a white chocolate net (another neat trick to make a cake look finished with little effort – and this technique can be done in milk chocolate or dark chocolate as well).
Plus, you will have the knowledge for all kinds of cake piping techniques and of course the recipes.
